New pieces in our Collection for 2023 by Sandy Buchanan

We’re thrilled to be introducing into our Collection three distinctive new pieces by Sandy Buchanan that were launched at the very recent Collect art fair held at Somerset House. Each handcrafted piece can be customised to specific proportions or timber preferences if required.

Needham Console Table

Slim and elegant console table in two of England’s trees under threat from disease. A small drawer and shelf with hand carved detail add practicality to a hallway or living room. Available in other British Timbers.

An elegant coffee table with poise. Celebrating two of England’s trees under threat from disease. A small slatted shelf underneath provides space for books and magazines. Available in other British Timbers.

Auckland Sideboard

Long and low, the Auckland Sideboard combines a clean minimal outer case in English Oak with subtly textured Ebonised Oak slatted doors that slide across the opening giving flexible storage options.

The form and contrast in texture and colour define the piece but subtle details like dovetail key reinforced mitres draw you in. Available in other British Timbers.

Sandy is a bespoke furniture and sculpture designer-maker who joined us back in 2021. His work is created with great skill, understanding of craft and consideration for the environment, allowing nature’s beauty and imperfections to be revealed and celebrated.
