Working with Wood

The designer-makers we partner with use only the highest-grade sustainably sourced timber, however, due to the nature of working with wood-based products we cannot be held responsible for minor defects, such as knots, minor differences in colour, grain and other markings. We will only use timber which has been dried to the correct moisture content, however sometimes shrinkage, warpage can still occur.

If you have any problems please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Any queries will be investigated and where necessary credited or product replaced.
