Autumn-Winter 2021 collection to be unveiled at Planted
Just 2 days to the launch of flagship event Planted, the world’s first zero-waste design event bringing together a hand-picked selection of market-leading sustainable brands at one of London’s most transformed destinations; King’s Cross.
We look forward to unveiling, for the first time, a small but distinctive Autumn-Winter collection of new handcrafted and made-to-order offerings in collaboration with our trusted Designer-Makers, including;
our new Work from Home wellbeing offer,
our feature Designer-Maker’s beautiful new handcrafted timber cabinet,
the highest quality zero-waste hand-woven textiles including an exclusive box cushion made for our WFH wellbeing offer,
a small unique collection of timber sculptural decorative objects,
and two delightful new Indoor Planter designs (a new category for us) to align with and support Planted’s principles of biophilic design and reconnecting spaces with nature.
You’ll find us on Stand LC2 in the Natural Living show section in Lewis Cubitt Square by Coal Drops Yard. We hope to see you at this exciting event between 23-26 September 2021. Registration for your free Trade or Consumer visitor ticket to Planted is open.
Below are a few close crops of our new WFH wellbeing offer designed and developed in collaboration with the fabulous Mandie Beuzeval and Maria Sigma.
About Planted
Planted will be set around three show sections: Botanical Market, Natural Living and Sustainable Design.
Centred around the principles of biophilic design, defined as the inherent human need to connect with nature, Natural Living will showcase design-led contemporary furniture and lighting brands with sustainability and nature at their core. Natural Living will champion human-centred design; encouraging improved creativity, productivity and wellness, both at home and in the workplace, through calmer, cleaner, more natural living spaces, both indoors and out.
Teer & Co will join market-leading sustainable design brands including; Benchmark, Another Country, Vestre, Naturalmat, LSA x Eden Project, Very Good & Proper, Form & Refine, Less is Better, Nikari and Woodnotes to name a few exhibitors.
Planted was founded in 2019 by the former owner of designjunction Deborah Spencer, former Sunday Times journalist Sam Peters, River Cottage chief exec Stewart Dodd and commercial design agent, Alice Breed.
With an overdue but growing movement toward sustainable manufacturing processes in the face of man-made climate change, Planted is delighted to be showcasing beautiful design-led brands playing their part in reducing waste, respecting the environment and reconnecting with nature.
With the stated aim of being the first zero-waste design-event, all brands showcasing at Planted have demonstrated they place sustainability and the environment at the heart of their business while passing a strict vetting panel of respected industry experts led by Dodds & Shute.
